Gary Morgan

Superintendent

Gary Morgan is an experienced project superintendent who has worked on a wide range of construction projects for 19+ years. He has overseen new construction, renovations and additions on office buildings, sports facilities, housing, government, healthcare and hotel facilities. Gary has managed over $150 million dollar in projects
with his largest completed project totaling $53 million dollars. He has experience in largescale construction including work for Navy Federal Credit Union, Sacred Heart/Ascension and the Maritime Place office building.


In his role as Superintendent, Gary is responsible for supervising on-site activities and providing daily reports, photos and documentation for work performed. Gary’s responsibilities include site safety and supervision, reviewing contract documents and specifications as well scheduling subcontractors, inspections and testing labs
as needed.


Gary has completed his OSHA 30-hour certification and other industry training, including all-terrain forklift operator, man-lift operator and scissor-lift operator.
