Project Manager

Luke Pittman is a hands-on construction professional who brings a lifetime commitment to the building industry in his role as Superintendent. He started work with his grandparents in a window and insulation business and worked longside his father for a drywall company before his start in commercial construction when he was 18.


Luke’s project management and leadership experience includes large construction and complex projects ranging from a modern healthcare center to multi-story downtown office developments. Luke’s largest project was over $25 million dollars and has managed over $85 million. He received his Florida Building Contractor License and completed his 30-Hour OSHA certification, along with continuing education courses for certification in a range of
topics including Hilti firestop, confined space and scaffold erecting.


As Project Manager, Luke is responsible for on-site project management ranging from scheduling site work,  monitoring budgets, organizing the various trades, materials, equipment etc., scheduling various testing and
inspections. His ultimate responsibility is for job site safety, material storage and site usage and organization.
