This project is located next to the Pensacola Airport. With over 125 rooms being repaired for damages, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. This location is a five minute walk to the Pensacola Airport.

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Repairs on water damage to 80% of all guestrooms
• Repairs to water damage in meeting room, lobby, fitness center and on all guestroom
• corridors and vending rooms.
  • Drywall repairs.
  • New carpet.
  • Repaint and new VWC where required.
• Service and repairs to RTU’s, condensers and lighting protection
• Inspections and repairs to TPO main roof and lower side roofs
• Sitewide repairs to parking lot electrics and dumpster enclosure
