This project is located in Orange Beach, Alabama with over 136 guest rooms and 2,000 square feet to be repaired. Repairs will also be completed on a fitness center, and indoor/outdoor pool. This hotel is conveniently located walking distance to the gulf of Mexico.

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Remove, service, repair and replace all guestroom PTACs.
• Replacement of all carpets and pad in guestrooms, corridors and meeting room.
• Service and repair all RTU’s Including the complete renewal of the main roof unit.
• Repair damaged to tar and roll main roof. – New complete reroof under consideration.
• Replacement and bring up to ADA requirements the hotels dune walkover.
• Repair, service and replace external electrical fixtures.
• Repair, replace and repaint damaged and missing EIFS. – Complete new painting of hotel under consideration.
• Reinstall all guestroom furniture.
• Repair, repaint, new carpet and base to front of house managers office.
• Ceramic tile replacement and repairs in kitchen.
• Restriping and resealing of parking lot.
