I just wanted to express my gratitude to you for the amazing business you run and the outstanding team you have contracted for the Pensacola Country Club! The work they have performed in just the short time it has taken to accomplish the results I am seeing is truly
amazing and I feel blessed that all of them are here to make us whole again. As the Clubhouse Manager and the Events Coordinator, my job depends on getting the club back to a fully functional, beautiful space as soon as possible and that is what they are delivering. Scott is an amazing Superintendent and has kept this project moving at an even faster pace than I would have ever imagined and for that , I am grateful. I have recommended Bear Construction and will continue to do so as this crew has impressed me in every way possible.

If dealing with COVID wasn’t enough to rock us in 2020 Hurricane Sally really set us back on our heals. With multiple functions scheduled and all our dining space sustaining damage we looked for a company that was not only professional and quality oriented but also flexible. With Bear Construction we got the whole package. They are true professionals with outstanding leadership and top rate subs. They are timely in their responses and we will finish our project on time and within budget. Their willingness to assist in working through our insurance claim has also been better then I could have hoped for. Five Stars!

  • Remove all damaged flooring, wood base, crown molding, gypsum board and insulation on the 1st and 2nd floors
  • Provide structural drying services to remove moisture from the building
  • Provide protection of existing finishes not damaged in the storm
  • Remove and replace all bayside storefront windows on the 1st and 2nd floors
  • Install Wayne Dalton Fabric Shield Hurricane Protection over all bayside storefront windows on the 1st and 2nd floors
  • Replace all damaged building insulation, wall gypsum board, gypsum board ceilings, wood base, crown
  • molding and flooring with new
  • Restore all marble flooring to new condition
  • Paint all areas to new condition
  • Repair and replace all damaged standing seam roofing
  • Replace damaged TPO roofing system with new
  • Remove and replace with new all powder coated aluminum fencing around the pool area
  • Remove and replace one hydraulic passenger elevator and one hydraulic service elevator with new
