This project is located beach front on Via De Luna Drive. With over 100 guest rooms, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, meetings rooms, and ballrooms.

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Repairs on water damage to 80% of all guestrooms
• Remove, service, repair and replace all guestroom PTACs
• Repairs to water damage in meeting room, lobby, fitness center and on all guestroom corridors and vending rooms
  • Drywall repairs.
  • New carpet.
  • Retexture and paint.
• Service and repair RTU on upper tower, replaced RTU on lower tower, condensers and lightning protection
• Complete re-roof on lower tower inspections and repairs to upper tower roof and lower side roofs
• Repair and renovate conference rooms approximately 8,924 square feet
• Sitewide repairs including new wedding pavilion, mechanical enclosures and smokers oasis
• Replacement and bring up to ADA requirements the hotels dune walkover
• Repair, repaint damaged elastomeric paint
• Repair damaged balcony deck coatings
• Replace/ repair damaged railings and fencing
• Repairs to pool, hot tub and equipment
