This project is located beach front on Via De Luna Drive in Pensacola Beach. With over 110 guest rooms , fitness center, and an outdoor pool. We are repairing this recently renovated hotel to bring it up to todays brand standards.

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Remove, repair, service and replace all guestroom PTAC’s
• Service and replaced both main RTU’s including the replacement of all roof top vents
• Repairs to the EFIS and exterior painting
• Water damage to 60% of all guestrooms, 113 units
• Replacement of drywall, tape, prep, texture and paint to damaged guestrooms and corridors
• Replacement of carpet, pad and base in guestrooms and corridors
• Repairs to TPO roof covering on east wing
• Replacement of damaged tiki bar
• Repair, repaint damaged elastomeric paint
• Repair and bring up to ADA requirements to the hotels dune walkover
• Re-anchoring of all gulf/ south side storefront window systems
• Enlarge openings and install new storefront window systems with door on the first floor gulf/ south side rooms
